Open Frame.io support
- Log into Frame.io in your browser the way you normally do.
- Open the support chat (the bubble, lower-right).
- Choose Account Management, then Login issues.
- Click through the automated prompts (shown in the video below) until you reach a real support person, then send the message in Step 2.

Hi, I'm setting up a plugin that signs into Frame.io through Adobe. When I sign in with my Adobe ID, Frame.io says I have no account, but I already have a Frame.io account that I normally log into with [Google / my work SSO / my email]. Please link my existing Frame.io account (email: [your email]) to my Adobe ID so I can sign in through Adobe. Thank you!

Sign in again
Once Frame.io confirms your account is linked to your Adobe ID, reopen CineWaltz Relay, click Sign in, and use your Adobe login. You're in.
